Buna ziua, sper sa nu fiu off topic, daca da rog mutare, vreau (sper) anul acesta sa imi cumpar o casa prin credit ipotecar, si vreau sa gasesc o casa veche ieftina pe care sa o refac total in regim propiu pe baza unui proiect de extindere si consolidare, reducand astfel costurile cu proiecte de daramare si avize, cel putin eu stiu ca asa este mai ieftin, si legal, insa nu stiu ce limitari aduce priectul de extindere si consolidare, mai exact pot mari constructia sau micsora, pot modifica compartimentarea fara a mari sau micsora constructie veche, intreb acest lucru deoarece suntem o familie tanara si e posibil ca dimensiunile camerelor si dispunerea lor, compartimentarea, sa nu fie conforme cu nevoile noastre. Daca am gresit ceva pana aici va rog sa imi spuneti in cazul meu, cumparare casa veche pe care sa o refac conform strandardelor in constructii valabile acum, care e varianta in ce priveste proiectele avizele etc cea mai ieftina. Mentionez legat de utilitati ca voi alege o propietate cu bransamente la electricitate, gaze, apa, si canal daca este in localitatea in cauza. Va multumesc
